Merry Christmas

First off all Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year from everyone at the Dale Park Blog. The recent cold weather snap is now appearing to be coming to an end as we enter the new year meaning were hopeful soon the lads will be able to train again and games will be coming in thick and fast. Just to recap all games have being off in December the last of which was our scheduled cup tie at home to Gainsborugh. As soon as these games are re-arranged we will let you know.

Dale Park P-P Messingham

Yet another game was postponed Sunday as the remaining snow and ice meant our game with Messingham was called off. Next Sunday we are scheduled to face Gainsboro in the Darby Cup but that also may be postponed unless conditions improve.

Latest News December 2010

Our games against Brigg Town away last Sunday, and Bottesford at home the Sunday before were both postponed due to Snow and Ice. No new dates for the games have being arranged yet. The Temperatures are set to be picking up this weekend, and hopefully a thaw will occur. If this does not happen the likeliness is another postponement for next Sundays game. The astro turf is still frozen meaning we are now unable to train as well although no decision has yet being made regarding this Thursdays session.
